Mr. Muhammed Abdulmutallib “Mutta” Azzinjinbari is a Non Executive Director for Protocol/Public Relations MENA and holds deep relationships with Royal family members in the Middle East region, Heads of States in Africa, and with executives in key government positions. Mr. Azzinjibari has been instrumental in developing business, social, and welfare relationships between United Arab Emirates and Sub-Saharan African countries for the past 30 years.  His past positions include serving as the President of Zanzibar Association of UAE (established by late His Highness Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum the former ruler of Dubai) The Association was instrumental in  supporting the integration of Zanzibari migrants who fled the country due to the political circumstances of that time and were welcomed by the Ruler of Dubai.  The Association also oversaw the settling of the migrants in Dubai, their social affairs, and their citizenship of the United Arab Emirates under the direct instruction of His Highness Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum and his sons. Mr. Azzinjibari also served as a delegate to the Union Arab Chamber of Commerce to Kenya to establish Kenyan-Arab Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Azzinjibari is an expert government lobbyist and has been a key figure in lobbying and facilitating for several African countries, (notably the Governments of Kenya, Mozambique, and Angola) the establishment of diplomatic and trade ties with UAE. He is fluent in (Arabic, English, and Swahili languages)
